  • Licensure application and disclosure requirements of regulatory agencies, and 
  • The handling of employment-related issues such as compensation and benefits (including health insurance and high-deductible programs), tax withholding, stock options, ERISA, RIFs, immigration, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act;
• General advice and referrals to specialists with respect to:
  • Intellectual property, including registration and licensing of intellectual property rights and the prosecution and defense of infringement claims, fair use and protection of trade secrets;
  • Information technology, including website hosting and e-commerce transactions.
• Negotiating and establishing contractual relationships, including the drafting, evaluation and negotiation of agreements for service providers such as agents, actuaries, risk managers, insurers/reinsurers, accountants, advertising firms, third party administrators, consultants, communication and information technology vendors, and defense counsel, as well as distribution and sales contracts, output contracts and licensing agreements; and
