Formerly, John worked as 15-year member of the Business Services practice group of Stoll Keenon Ogden, PLLC, focusing on senior healthcare facility acquisitions and financing transactions, commercial lending, and general mergers & acquisitions. John has more than 38 years of experience in a wide range of business operations, transactions and legal affairs, including public company and emerging company debt and equity capital formation, commercial lending, real estate and equipment leasing and general corporate law.
