SCOTT W. BRINKMAN
Scott is the founding member of Brinkman & Associates, PLLC. Since 1980, Scott has been actively engaged in the practice of law, specializing in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and commercial real estate law. Scott has also deep civic interests, including current service on the University of Louisville Board of Trustees and past service in the Kentucky House of Representatives (32nd District) and Secretary of the Executive Cabinet during the Bevin Administration (2015-2019).
JOHN G. HUNDLEY
John is a recent addition to Brinkman & Associates, PLLC. Formerly, John worked as 15-year member of the Business Services practice group of Stoll Keenon Ogden, PLLC, focusing on senior healthcare facility acquisitions and financing transactions, commercial lending, and general mergers & acquisitions. John has more than 38 years of experience in a wide range of business operations, transactions and legal affairs, including public company and emerging company debt and equity capital formation, commercial lending, real estate and equipment leasing and general corporate law.
